Fantastic life no issues at all

Bought this extended range battery expecting it to charge fully as the instructions stated. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I am achieving just over an hour in useable time, as it's only charging to 66 percent, not 100. I have replaced the charger with another DELL original but it's still the same. I am not sure if it's a bad batch or something but it's very poor range as it won't charge above 66 percent. Ie just under an hour of useability. I have another laptop which uses the same battery and it still won't charge over 66 percent. The old battery that it replaced lasts longer than this one.

Compatible, detected by the Dell BIOS with health status indicationBut I had to return it since the running time was too low compared to the original one. After several hours charging to full, I didn't get even 20minutes on the first run. I know that it needs some full cycles to get the 100% but 20 min was too low.Perhaps mine was defective.

It does fit but the capacity is not correct, it barely hold a charge for 1h with light use

Very disappointed that this battery did not fit my Dell E-6420 Laptop. However Amazon gave me a full refund.

Avoid this product

Seems fine - to anyone reporting their battery doesn't charge over a certain percentage you might want to try going to Control Panel>Power Options and checking to see if your battery charge percentage is capped under 100% - if you're going to use your laptop hooked to the mains-charger regularly its a good idea to cap the charge percentage to around 70% - same for if you're not going to use it and want to keep it in storage. Constantly charging your battery to 100% while on mains just shortens your battery's life.Mine arrived in good time and in good condition, charged to 70% which is a good sign, means its holding its original charge (it would have been stored at 70% at the factory) - followed through with proper discharge instructions down to 2% before chagrining fully to 100% - after which I've capped it a 70% because I know its gong to be used on mains more often than not.Not much else to add, for a 9-cell lap-top battery the purchase price is a bargain, purchased for a Dell Lattitude E5420 - fits perfectly, works.

Arrivato nei tempi Stabiliti pila è già messa in uso funziona molto bene a un ottima durata!!

La batería encaja correctamente aun poniendo el portátil en una dock station. Los voltajes y amperajes son correctos para un E5420. El único susto fue que al ponerla, no cargaba a través de la dock station pero se soluciona entrando en la bios, donde reconocerá la batería automáticamente y guardando los cambios. Al principio con la batería cargada a tope me ofrece 4 y cuarto de autonomía, que ira bajando con el tiempo pero hace poco que la tengo. Nada que envidiar a las originales y a mejor precio.

Top, passend und funktioniert

Plus grande que l'original elle dépasse à l'arrière du PC mais l'autonomie est plutôt bonne, environ 4h00.A voir dans le temps mais pour l'instant je suis satisfait du produit.
