Huntress
What a brilliant idea to write this book. It tells the reader all about Elizabeth Luna's past. This book was an enjoyable read. If you've read the other books in this series read this one.

Brilliant introduction to Elizabeth and her 'olde worlde'
I think I would have found the print version a little easier to navigate as Ramona's narrative was a little fast and often what I would assume to be distinct parts seem merged by her style of narrative, leading to my confusion, but backing up and relistening helped me get the gist. This story is split between Elizabeth's tale and that of the knights, Strigoi are thrown in for added fun, they basically all hate each other and as you would expect, most of them end up dead in very horrible ways. I was often torn between cheering Elizabeth on and hating her, it's was a totally exhiliterating listen and I just could not sleep until I'd finished it.This is as gory as 'Feral' and I thoroughly recommend it to gore fans and to anyone who enjoys a good historical bloodbath, because there's quite a bit of that.Ramona's narration was fantastic, it would have been better for me if she's spoken a little slower but I did enjoy listening to her.I received my copy free of charge and leave this unbiased and honest review voluntarily. And by the way, I really think you buy this one, start here and listen to 'Feral' second.

she heals and seeks vengeance for her slain love. The story is very well done
Devil's Row is a prequel to Feral, a werewolf horror story I read a few weeks ago. This is a story of Elizabeth Luna, one of the anti-heroes from Feral. While not focusing very much on her creation as a werewolf, except for the last few pages, this is perhaps Elizabeth's preeminent moment in her transformation from a murderous beast to a woman who just wants to be left alone..When Elizabeth and her paramour Aetius discover a desolate place that they can live in peace, they are attacked by a group of hunters determined to rid the world of the werewolf threat. After Aetius is brutally slain and Elizabeth is left for dead, she heals and seeks vengeance for her slain love. The story is very well done, and although a prequel, I believe that this could stand alone as a novel of love, loss, and vengeance. Serafini's writing is crisp and tight, without a lot of wasted words. His characterization of Elizabeth makes her a sympathetic figure, and I personally would like to see more of Elizabeth's adventures in the future.

Liked Feral But----
I cant give this a fair review because I was turned off by the first couple of chapters. To much weird sex and violence before I could get into the story . No prude here I love horror and Sci Fi I even like some sex mixed in to the story . I just felt it was over the top wolf stuff . I liked Feral. I guess I was expecting more this time around.
