Love the whole reason why we purchased it: Fits multiple devices Samsung, IPhone, Computers and Tablets. I will say, next time I will not purchase this large of Storage because the larger the storage the longer it takes to bring up to see. So I don't fill it up, just saying my need is for pleasure - photo and videos from our devices we want to have forever. Very easy to use and transfer. We took photos and videos of a family wedding and mailed them this not knowing what connection they have and it worked with perfect with outstanding resolution and sound.

Flash Drives (64gb) problematic. File transfers and receiving video exports took minimum 6hrs, and up to 12+ hours from C-drive laptop to Vansuny flash, while certain other well known brand received same transfers and video exports in less than 10 or 20 minutes, also both products were USB 2.0. File sizes being transferred or exported to flash drive only 800mb to 1.3gb. (regular Windows)Maybe some lots of these were not fully or properly formatted by manufacturer. Never had a flash drive in 25 years that was so incredibly slow. Will try formatting from PC before trying more drives in the pack. Probably usable for very small files.

While this particular USB stick may not be better or worse than another USB stick, it had the features I wanted, the capacity I needed and, thanks to Amazon it was here quickly. And I didn't waste a few hours searching the shelves of a store, only to find it wasn't there at all.

These are USB 2.0 drives, and they're even slow by USB 2.0 standards. I bought these to share my music collection with bandmates, and I thought I was buying USB 3.0 drives, so I was shocked when they took 4 hours to transfer 40GB of mp3 files. Write speeds tended to hover between 2-4KB/s, which should be around 20kb/s for a good quality USB 2.0 drive. Speed is somewhat better on the USB C port, which works just fine on my WIndows 10 computers and my Samsung S22 Android phone. If you have an older android phone, you may need to use an OTG USB Adapter, or an android USB hub. Older versions can't mount thumb drives natively through the USB C port. Out of the 5 drives, only one had a minor problem with remaining connected during my 40GB transfer. I was able to plug it into a slower USB 2.0 port on my computer and get it to transfer the files without any problems. I suspect the one drive was overheating on the USB 3.0 port, which has higher current. The other 4 drives had no issues being plugged into either type of port, and this only affected one drive when writing. I tested reading the drive and copying the files to another drive, and it worked fine, so if you're having problems writing to the drive, try a slower USB port.Bottom line: I can't recommend these. The price should be cheaper for such slow drives, and I think it's a waste to even produce such slow drives when there are so many fast ones available for not much more money. If I hadn't misread these as being USB 3 drives, I never would have bought them at this price.

Being a Microsoft Surface family, these thumb drives are very useful for bouncing data from pre-Surface 8 devices and post-Surface 8 devices (or to Surface Go tablets.) See, up until the Surface 8, the device has always come with a plain-Jane USB-A port, the kind you have a Gordian Knot of charging cables for in your clutter drawer. However, with the Surface Go and Surface 8 and beyond, they moved to USB-C, and only USB-C.Now, with generous email attachment limits and multi-user cloud storage, the days of passing user data from device to device over thumb drives are long in the rear-view mirror. However, a thumb drive is still essential for reimaging a Surface, which is exactly what I use these for.They work great. Flawlessly. No muss, no fuss. I'm not a YouTube influencer, so I didn't benchmark their transfer speeds, but they felt reasonably fast enough, even when burning an ISO to make a bootable thumb drive.The one, make that two, no, one thing that I wish is that they made their covers snap atop one another like Lego blocks. I can't stand losing a part. Now, if the thumb drive NEVER came with a cover in the first place, it doesn't bug me, but a missing part, however useless, that CAME WITH the peripheral is worth HOURS of fruitless searching.On second thought, forget I said anything...Besides bootable installers, the only other possible use for a thumb drive might be so you can carry your Steam library everywhere, but a thumb drive is way too slow for that.
