Cutting Edge 3rd Edition Upper Intermediate Students' Book and DVD Pack Paperback – 27 Jun. 2013

Excellent book, and the DVD contains all the audio material plus extra video clips (though there aren't any associated exercises as far as I can see). This book seems to be slightly easier than Speak Out Upper Intermediate and is more geared towards group classes, whereas I use Speak Out successfully for one-to-one lessons.
