I really like using this for hip thrust. I am 4’10 and the bench is too high for me .. this works perfect for me and it feels great on my back. It’s not too bulky and it’s a great addition to my home gym.

I absolutely love it! I initially had buyers remorse but short lived. As the dimensions weren't mentioned in the description,yet had great reviews. After my purchase...I seen while google searching. That this also came in a larger size. I was unable to stop shipping. My home gym is not overly large. This is actually ideal! I didn't need the larger size. When doing hip thrusts...your back rests on the box...not your upper shoulders. It's fine for my 5ft 5inch frame. I do have broader shoulders...and it was so irrelevant. I did measure mine. It is a square box 16x16. The back which is higher is 16 inches high... the front where it drops down. That is 13 inches. It's deep enough that when you put it up against the wall to do your thrusts. Your head doesn't come in contact with the wall. If it had. I would have placed a filler block behind it. As I seen mentioned online. But honestly...no need for it. That other one that mentioned the block. Was not as near as deep as this brand. Single leg thrusts...are humbling. This item permitting me the hip thrust station... is golden. I am quite pleased with the product. As it doesn't take up an excessive amount of space when not in use. I do struggle with clutter...even unusable clutter. This was a welcoming purchase. No regrets. You can also use it for Bulgarian Split Squats.

This foam box is lightweight so you'll need to prop it against something when using it for hip thrusts. However that also makes it easy to move around. It's nice that the top is sloped so shorter people can use one side and taller people can use the other. There is over a foot of difference in my husband's and my height, so we appreciate that. I would purchase this again, it's much easier and less painful than having to try to get my back to the proper position on the bench after hoisting my barbell.

This thing is AWESOME!!! So far I've put 325 lbs on the bar plus my body weight. This thing leaves your back unabrased. It's very comfortable. I will never go back to the bench!

If you’re short and do hip thrusts, you need this. It’s lightweight but dense. The two different heights are nice, I like the handle, it seems built well. It’s not too dense that it hurts my back, but dense enough for heavy hip thrusts. It does slide though, so it needs to be backed against something. It’s deep enough that a wall is fine depending on how you personally do hip thrusts.

I love this! I use it for leg support when doing Bulgarian split squats and for doing hip thrusts (I place it against the wall or put heavy dumbbells behind it so it doesn’t slide). It’s very lightweight and easy to carry.

I was so hesitant to purchase this because I use my current bench to hip thrust. I also have the BC hip thrust machine but lent it to my sister and she’s been using regularly so I didn’t have the heart to ask for it back. Anyway, I saw this box and the positive reviews. I’m a female 5’2 for reference and I loved the size. Initially, I thought it was small but I’ve used it for many other exercises including hip thrusting. The great thing is I can add heavy weights to my barbell and the box is sturdy it stays in place when I thrust which was a challenge on my regular bench. I use this box for rows, split squats, I sit on it for chest press… possibilities are endless. I LOVE this box! So worth every penny.

Great quality light sturdy box. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it is but compared to other brands it is the most compact and cost effective option. It’s lightweight and I can easily store it away. I’m 150cm/4”11 and this is the perfect height and size for me to do hip thrusts and step ups, the box is made of a firm foam and it doesn’t hurt your back or shoulders. I use it on a hardwood floor and yoga mat and don’t have any issues with it slipping and sliding.

I initially had buyers regret after purchasing this but it’s actually so damn great! Very very firm - I hip thrust over 100kg and it’s more than capable . Also, this lil guy is so tiny!! 🥹 I don’t know why but I was expecting something pretty big, was worried where I was going to store it, and was surprised how small the box was when it arrived. It stated it was medium size on the shipping carton. I’m 6’3 and it’s absolutely fine for me. 👍🏼 Very happy, buy it while you still can for an affordable price! 😃
