This gel pack is perfect for putting behind my back and leaning against when my back is sore. I needed one that would provide the pain relief needed in a difficult spot. It’s a generous size and shape and has just the right amount of gel in it to keep from being flimsy. It is soft and pliable. It gets cold very quickly in the freezer and stays cold for a long time. I didn’t want one that would be bulky and stiff to the touch. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of this product and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again from this company.

So far, so good. Used this ice pack this morning. It is bigger than what I am used to using, but it did do a very good job and it seemed to stay cold for a good period of time. The gel wasn't as crystalized as other freezer ice packs can get and it was much more flexible. It molded well around my foot without hurting my joint. Consistency of gel is very good, however, the amount of gel doesn't seem to fill the pack entirely. When gel is moved to the other side, it is only half full. So far that hasn't been much of an issue. I do find the benefit of more comfort is better than having more gel inside the pack. All and all, it is a decent ice pack. I would get it again if the need arises.

This ice pack is great! Nice and flexible and stays cold long enough. I bought it for my hysterectomy recovery and it really made a difference when the pain meds and heating pad needed a little back-up support.

Pretty amazing ice packs, they are huge and easy to use. Literally toss them in the freezer for a bit and then pull them out to ice what you need! No leaks since we had them and offer great icing to pained areas.

A perfect medium sized cold pack. Very well made, flexible, and just the right about of pain relieving cold. Plus, made in the USA!

It’s huge, cold and frozen as needed but also fairly malleable and soft enough to use with comfort. We had a different product that was similar but too hard when frozen, it would cause discomfort to lean against it. The only issue we had was that it became a bit of a wonky shape in the freezer so now I place it in a plastic trash bag with a piece of cardboard under it to keep it flat. This isn’t a flaw but more of a challenge. If it froze so darn hard that it caused pain to sit on or in front of, that would be an issue. It works well to ease pain and inflammation!

Gets very cold but still stays flexible! Great for injuries or post op use. Comfortable, durable. Works 100 times better than ice in a bag!

So perfect. Easy to use and mold to the injury. This ice pack has held up. It folds up and fits nice into the freezer without taking up too much space.

After I bought this model I was a bit worried that I might have picked a one which is too big, however, the size is perfect. If you have a back pump from gym and wanna lie on it or you wanna cover the whole knee the big size really comes handy. The material is really durable and the gel allowed it to be folded twice and being put in the freezer in a small corner comfortably.

I purchased this product because the one from the pharmacy started leaking. I liked the large size of this item, however, the amount of gel is so little that if you lay it down, it's a barely enough to spread out inside the envelope, and as a result, doesn't stay cold for very long.
