I bought this due to my neck pain. It took me a few nights to adjust to it, but now my neck is better and I am sleeping better! I have a bad neck and this pillow makes life better. It is comfortable and not hot. It feels soft and supportive. I sleep better. And my neck hurts way less.

This pillow works pretty well for people who sleep on their backs. It works somewhat well for people who sleep on their sides. It is, unfortunately, useless for those people who sleep on their stomachs.On your back, it nestles your head and supports your neck.On your side, it can work, but you have to work hard, moving around a lot to find the one sweet spot.On your stomach, it suffocates you. Your face sinks into the pillow--whether you turn your head to the side or attempt to look on straight--and you can't breathe.

The jury is still out on whether I love this pillow or not. I sleep on my side, somewhat rolled over onto my stomach, but with my underneath arm up under my head. This pillow does not allow for the bottom arm to go anywhere, so it ends up being awkward. That said, I have not woken with a sore neck or shoulders in the 3 weeks I've been using this pillow. The neck support is great when watching TV in bed (thought I have to prop it on my wedge or another pillow b/c it's flat). I have it in my standard pillow case, but it obviously looks weird. It doesn't have any sort of cover on it, so I wanted it to be protected in some way. I'm giving it 4 stars b/c I do sleep on it nicely and I haven't woken up sore, but the lack of ergonomics for me keeps it from getting the 5th star.

The Home4me Cervical Pillow does the job. Comfort, Support, Convenience.First it is really attractive. The gray and white looks good with anything, the diamond quilting, contours and button indent in the middle all say inviting. (No that snap button does not poke you and it helps maintain that cuddly bowl shape for your head.) It looks really large but I found it to be a nice size on the bed.Second, the large pillow shape forms a nice bowl for your head and gives broad firm support under your neck while gently raising your head. Memory foam does not "push back" like other foam pillows.Third, the higher wings on each side allow you to roll over on your side and support your head above your shoulder line.The cover is very well made and is thicker than most so I would expect it to hold up through hand washing for a long time. It is very soft to the skin, has a covered zipper so you don’t encounter the tape or the pull. The soft conforming memory foam has an inner fabric cover so that makes it easy to put the outer cover on again. If you have ever struggled to position a tight cover over bare foam you will know what this means.I loved it!

This pillow provides great support. I don't have neck pain but I do toss and turn, smack and fold my pillow throughout the night trying to find head, neck and shoulder comfort. I am, the majority of the time, a side sleeper but I may turn and sleep on my back for short periods.From the very first night this pillow has been heavenly. The firmness is right. The height is right. The shape is interesting. I have used the arm rest curvature but out of habit I still place my hand under the pillow or out to the side. I am going to try to get into the habit of placing my arm and hand in the curvature. Before my first use, I thought that the snap right in the middle of the head position would be felt and problematic. Not so! Because that portion is a cavity and all of the surrounding area is raised, I have never once felt the presence of that snap. So far, I really love this pillow .The real test will be in how quickly it breaks down. I am going to put it on my calendar in one month and evaluate the pillows firmness. I will edit this review then. But, so far, five stars. Its really a great pillow.Update: I have been sleeping on this pillow for one month now. It has retained its shape and firmness and remains comfortable for me as a side sleeper.
