I bought it for my son, but this product needs to be bild at home, not clear instructions to build it, o very difficult to build. So didn't used it at the end.

I haven’t figured out yet how to put it together, the instructions are so hard to understand as they came with foreign language as well the pictures aren’t clear. But even though after the final installation the cables keep coming out of the dialer every time I tried to ware the shoes

The instructions were in Chinese and the video was low res. The best I could get is a blister inducing tightness on the top laces. This item doesn't work. You have a very week adhesive you need to apply via a sticker to the back of the device that attaches to the tongue of the shoe. The amount of torque you need to tighten pulls the device off the adhesive. Even if it does work it only tightens the top few notches not all the way down the shoe. Pass on this cheap, defective device.

Instructions were tough to follow and seemed to leave out some steps. Can't help wondering if they broke because they were put together correctly - but I can't tell from the instructions or from the way they just stopped working.

I once saw these on some very expensive boots and I couldn’t afford them the boots that is so when I saw Amazon sold them I pounced on them like a tiger they work so easy and my 4 year old can work them with ease but it does need an adult to assemble it but it can make your life so easy you will not hear dad tie my shoe again or dad my shoe came off or dad my shoestring is loose but still tied believe me I hope whomever made these are trillion Aires because it will reduce your shoe stress forever for kids and adults so I suggest that if you have children keep these in stock like you keep toilet paper so it will reduce some of your stress oh yeah let me explain a little of how they work you lace them as normal it’s aircraft wire and you assemble the clicks things and whenever you want tighten shoes turn right until the shoe is tight then go about your business it’s that simple

String easily broke off after installation. Got a different brand around the same price. Worked out better
