I wasn't expecting this to be very nice... but it was! Plenty of stitching to keep the cotton from shifting and bunching. Outer shell is fairly soft, and should get softer after a lot of use. Quality is very good and it seems like it would last a long time. It's very heavy when wet due to the cotton batting, so it can be difficult to wash in a smaller washing machine or one that has trouble balancing heavy loads. After washing and drying, it looked and felt normal (no shifted batting, no ripping, etc).Color is nice, as pictured. No off odors, just faint cotton fabric smell when new, and no odor after 1st wash.Good as a summer blanket, it holds in some warmth without being too hot.

This quilt surpassed all my expectations. I am a quilt snob. I only buy 100% cotton quilts. Usually, I buy quilts at cracker barrel or from donna sharp. I lived this print so I took a chance on an "amazon" quilt and I am OBSESSED. It is the most precious quilt. Beautiful pastel colors. 10/10 recommend

Nice comfy yes to wash country look

I'm a 59 year old woman who is very much a girly girl at heart. When I first ran across this comforter set, I was bummed because it wasn't offered in king. So I did a little measuring and realized I might be able to pull it off with a bed skirt but I waited just in case. I received the comforter set today and yes, a bed skirt is needed, already ordered lol.It's light weight so I don't think I'll burn up but also warm enough I won't freeze. It's exactly like it looks in the pictures and I couldn't recommend it more!

I bought this for our toddler who was making the move from a cot/crib to a Big Kid bed. She absolutely loves it, and so does everyone else! It makes a lovely fresh splash of colour that is not "baby-ish" but isn't too "old" either.The ruffles are sewn on securely and the whole thing seems well made. Colours are exactly as shown and it even has a cute reverse side. A really nicely weighted quilt that is also excellent value for money.
