I emailed them and within a couple of hours I had additional information and all my questions were answered. A few months later when we arrived home after a trip, one of the pedals were missing. Another email to Perraro and within an hour I received a response and they are sending me a replacement pedal. We love the trikes and the customer service after the purchase is well above expectation. The etrike now is assembled and operational. Still in my testing stage but everything seems to be working. If they can assist a customer 3,000 miles away, I'm just wondering how outstanding will it also be for those who are in the mainland. For me, it took about 45 mins to assemble everything. However, I must note that the user manual instruction needs some improvement.Initially, removing the battery posed a bit of a challenge. To remove the battery, you need to turn the key all the way to the left and firmly pull the handle. The manual does not provide clear instructions on this matter. Yet, the seller`s customer service was pretty good. I reached out to them through their website`s chat, and they promptly provided a video tutorial. I found the assembly video quite helpful.After assembling the trike, I took my first ride and was thoroughly impressed with its performance. The trike boasts a powerful motor and reliable brakes. During my ride approximately 25 miles, mostly utilizing pedal assist, I still had %32 battery level remaining.Overall, the Perraro Panda Trike deserves a solid five-star rating considering its price and performance. Although some assembly is required and the user manual lacks detailed instructions, the impressive motor power and satisfactory battery life make it a worthy choice.
