Has everything you need to get started
I would give 5 stars accept I wish there had been more wool in each packet but for so many different colors I can understand. It is just a sampler after all.

Nice little set
This is a nice little set of wool to have if you want to tinker around with felting. My limited experience with felting is from kits, but once you make the item, you can't make it again without having any more wool. This is a great way to build a stash of wool to recreate projects or venture out and create your own design.

The plastic storage container is not in the package
The media could not be loaded. I received this kit and it is missing the storage container that is advertised

Instructions need to be a little more thorough.
This is a fairly good inexpensive beginner kit for someone who hasn’t felted before, doesn’t want to spend a lot of money on a lot of tools they might not need if they don’t end up loving the craft, and who doesn’t care to follow a felting pattern and wants to do their own thing. It does come with 36 little bags of wool as advertised. The color range is pretty good, but the bags are quite small, though; unless you are making very tiny very multicolored pieces or doing a flat felted “painting”, you are most likely going to need some core wool to build your base piece then apply these small bits of color to it. It comes with a piece of felting foam, and some snips. What I did really like is the plastic tool box that comes with it that holds eyes, a felting tool handle, some needles, a hot glue stick, and an awl (which is nice as you’ll need it to make holes for the eyes). The box is convenient and keeps all the small parts together and will have a use long after this kit is used up.The instructions that come with it could be more fleshed out. They are pretty basic; the type of instructions that come with most low-end beginning felting kits. I wish they explained in a little bit better detail how to create something. It’s not bad, but it’s not great, either. You’re probably better off watching some You Tube videos on the subject of felting to get started.I’ve felted a few pieces before and will use all the items in this kit, but will be looking for better alternatives for wool after this supply is gone.

Includes variegated colors!
I have wanted to learn Needle felting and have picked up a few supplies. I saw some pictures of items done with variegated (multi-color) felt and decided to look for some. I have been looking for a while and it is hard to find, so when I saw this I was really excited. I love all the colors of the felt, it has 36, and many are ones I don't commonly see. It also has a mat, needles, and other felting tools. I'm new to felting so I can't say for sure but I believe it includes all the tools I need to get started. Overall I am really excited to get started with this set and I really like it. I definitely recommend this!

So Much Fun!
This is my first time felting and this kit was a total winner! I found some easy tutorials online and the kit had everything I needed to be making adorable animals from wool right away! Great set and everything seems to work well. I really like that there are so many different colors included and a number of needles, too! Overall, I am very pleased with this and the price is very fair for everything that's included!

Nice little kit
This kit has everything you need to start needle felting - wool, the needles, even a foam mat (very helpful if you want to needle felt without injuring yourself). It comes with tons of colors, including some variegated ones. The amount of each color isn't enough to make something very large, you either have to make very small items or do needle felt paintings (like, flat 2D felted projects you'd put in an embroidery hoop). The instructions are a little hard to follow if you've never felted before but still give the basics - that you just puncture the wool with the needle, that you need to wrap wool around bigger than you'd want your finished piece to be, that ideally it should be kind of hard when it's finished. It came with everything that was advertised, I won't take stars off just because I wish there was more wool or something. It comes with what it says it comes with.
