12/17/2023 NEW REVIEW:The seller reached out to rectify the problem. I was sent two new sets of lights as replacements. I didn’t expect them to reach out and so I was pleasantly impressed. We received the new replacements very quickly and we tested them out immediately and they worked. Customer service is impeccable and I couldn’t have asked for more. I’ve updated my review and stars because I feel they went above and beyond to make a customer happy.Old Review: Though these lights mention that you can connect up to 2 sets safely, I do not recommend this. We tried initially because I needed 66 ft. But as soon as we turned them on, they were flashing. I thought I had them in some sort of flash cycle but I couldn’t change it on the remote control and so I decided to do some research and learned that they were flashing because of the wattage. So we had to figure out a way to plug in both strands which was a freaking hassle!!! I’m not even feeling comfortable anymore using these lights because of this. I have them on a schedule to turn on for only 5 hours a night now while we are awake only. They look nice and the colors are nice and bright and vibrant m. But the ropes are heavy so they droop if you don’t put them mounts close together and there aren’t enough mounts so we had to use nails in between the mounts and sit the rope on the nails and the amount of mounts they give you aren’t enough. Furthermore it takes quite a while to put the mounts up on the house because they need to be screwed in. I don’t like these lights for those reasons. My husband was not happy with the hanging process at all. They are up now but had I known all of this in advance, I would have returned them immediately. I won’t be using these anymore after this year.

These lights are bright and responsive. The remote works well, and the app is easy and fun to use. I would have liked some sort of markings to indicate where to cut them, though.

The lights work yes - but i noticed after awhile a smell that was happening and it’s coming from these plugs - as you can see in the photos their starting to melt. So- avoid buying, there’s a ton of other options that aren’t dangerous like these

Nice lights they look great but bluetooth doesnt work so I am unable to connect lights to a phone and use the app. The little box clearly says bluetooth on it I tried unplugging the lights power and plugging back in a few times still can not find the lights to connect to them. Im able to connect to other RGB strips in the house so I was a little disappointed with these but other than that the remote works they look great.UPDATE: great customer support, they were very quick to reach out to me and to correct the situation, they were polite, responded quickly and supportive

Kept trying to cut corners and get cheaper LED lights for our outdoor patio. They all died within a year or two. It was an immediate improvement the moment i turned theses on. They're very nice and fit our idea. I bought the 8x5 grill gazebo but left the grill features off, changed the tent top to a different color with a replacement i found on amazon and then zip tied these around into a waterproof box housing the power.

Great light. I would have appreciated more color choices and brightness levels. But overall a solid product

They are perfect for under my food trailer. Much brighter than previous brand i used and they are fun with different settings. And more durable with the protective coating around the lens.

After a few weeks of usage the lights started going off and on by itself. When I went to investigate I found the AC adapter smoking and melted. Now I can't enjoy my lights!!UPDATE!!After reading my review the company gave me a full refund. While I am pleased with that, I now have to find another set of IP68 led light ropes.
