X-level for Google Pixel 8 Case Ultra-Thin Slim Fit [Guardian Series] Phone Cases Soft Flexible TPU Matte Finish Coating Grip Light Protective Cell Phone Back Cover for Pixel 8-Black

I've never been a fan of putting my phone in a case, mostly because they cover up the exterior design of the phone, but also because they make the phone feel bulky and awkward to use in one hand. However, I've reluctantly been forced to use cases on my phones over the last 5+ years, since every new flagship model of a premium phone seems to be more breakable and fragile than the model it replaced. I've owned a Pixel 6 since last October. Since that time, I've purchased more phone cases than I'd like to admit, searching for a lightweight and minimal option, that can provide a bit of protection from scratches and short drops to the ground, while also giving me a good texture to grip. Without a case, my Pixel 6 is literally the slipperiest phone I've ever held, and it's all glass rear panel is begging to shatter from any potential impact it might face. The X-Level clear TPU case was $10.99 when I purchased it, which was cheap enough forget about, if the case failed to provide me with a better experience than the official Pixel 6 case my phone was residing in. After only several days of regular use, I've been super satisfied with this case, and I'll definitely be using this as my daily driver moving forward. Unlike my Google case, the X-Level case is comfortably minimal and slim, easy to grip, and doesn't add a noticeable amount of weight or perimeter profile to the phone. The cutouts around the USB-C, upper speaker, lower speaker, and lower mic are all very accurately placed, but a bit sharp around the edges. The power button and volume rocker coverings were pretty stiff for the first day of usage, but after breaking in a bit, they have softened up, and no longer impedes the functions. The case features a small raised lip around the rear camera, protecting the lens from scratches when the phone is sitting face up, and another around the front bezel, which provides a suitable amount of protection to the front screen when laid face down; but isn't distracting or noticeable when using gesture navigations near the edge of the screen. I've yet to drop my phone since putting this case on -- However, given my experiences with similar thin TPU phone cases in the past, I expect this case should moderately protect my phone from short drops and less forceful impact damage, but I'm doubtful that it would do much to protect my phone from high drops, and/or heavy impacts. Time will tell whether or not this case can actually stay clear, or if it will yellow from usage (as every clear TPU cases I've owned has down).... but considering it's low cost, I won't lose any sleep over a bit of discoloration over time... Overall, I'm very happy with this case, and would likely purchase one again, next time a need a new case!

This cover fits my Pixel 9 Pro very well, was ready to install and provides good coverage off all areas including the camera lenses. It has a soft feel but it's still easy to grip. The only area to improve would be the thickness of the skin: slightly thicker would add to protection and durability.

I wanted a magsafe case for my Pixel 9, but I kept finding ones that were either too bulky, too ugly, or way too expensive so I had given up and started searching for just thin cases, and that's when I found the X-level case. Nice, thin case for a great price... But then I noticed one of the options was a magsafe case in a translucent black. I hit "buy now" without even thinking about it. The case arrived in a standard Amazon brown paper mailer, but the case itself was in a nice retail box with a foam insert and it was in pristine condition so it was definitely a brand new, factory sealed case and not one that someone had returned (I've had that happen before). The case goes on easily without having to force it, while still having a very snug fit. The holes are all cut perfectly and align as they should, every wired charger I've used so far has fit just fine, and the magsafe part works as expected with 15W magsafe chargers. The buttons take on a very satisfying clicky tactile sensation so I'm never left wondering if I pressed them hard enough. The case itself is very durable feeling with a rubberized border around the phone that gives a small lip so that the screen doesn't come into contact with any surfaces - flip to silence on a table, or accidental drops - and there's another lip around the 'camera Island' on the back to keep the cameras from getting scratched or damaged as well. The fit and finish are amazing, and it feels really good in hand while also *looking* really good too. This is my favorite phone that I've had in almost 30 years of owning cell phones, so I would have spent a lot more on a case if there had been any others that actually looked like they were worth the price, so it's a small miracle that the case that DOES fit all of my criteria and exceeds my expectations turns out to be very affordable! I'd have bought this case at 5 times the price, but no magsafe cases at that price point looked even half as good.

So nice, perfect thin case. Cutouts look spot on, raised edges for front face and camera island are adequately protective while maintaining the overall thin profile. Just like the listing states, it maintains the sleek shape of the phone very nicely. Wasn't available when the phone launched and I ended up with some other clunkier case and forgot to check back for other options since. So glad I found this, partner ended up buying the same for her galaxy S series phone, looks equally nice.

I was worried that this case would be too slim to do anything, but it has done a great job at protecting my phone. I've definitely dropped my phone more than a handful of times within the four months of having it, but my phone has been in perfect condition. I did crack my glass screen protector, but that is inevitable with me. It was just one thin crack across the screen. Otherwise, the screen underneath is perfect and the case is not stained and looks brand new still besides the tiniest little scuff by a corner where it probably fell at one point. I was a little worried this color would look dirty overtime, but the material is not porous, its not slippery, and simple and elegant. Met all of my expectations and really happy I was able to get a case in this ivory color without it being so thin/flimsy that it's useless or too thick that it doesn't look or feel nice. Cases that are thin like this can be flimsy and easy to remove, making it easy for dust and dirt to get inside, but this case is snug and stiff enough that it feels sturdy and not cheap!

This case is small. Thin plastic, with thin walls at the edges. It's lightweight. A touch smooth, but not too smooth, and much less slick than the phone is without case. It's not going to be especially strong protection, and probably will turn yellow after a year. It's great. I bought a Spigen Ultra Hybrid case initially. It looks great, and offers good protection, but made the phone too bulky and heavy. And most importantly, the high, stiff case walls kept interfering with gesture navigation. I couldn't consistently trigger the "back" gesture. This one has lower, thinner walls, and I have no problem with gesture navigation now. It's a huge improvement. Highly recommended!

I love their cases, had for my older pixel and bought again. They have a great smooth feel, are really thing, and on the same time of great quality, no discoloration and no breaks.
