Super cold!!
This ice pack stays super cold and is well made and feels quite durable. I love everything about this, how it cups your heel and goes all the way around your ankle nicely as well as the strap you can use to keep it securely in place! I liked it so much I went and bought a second one. I would definitely buy from this manufacturer again!

Good, could be better.
The concept is good, the strap to hold the ‘comfpack’ in place needs improvement as the current strap doesn’t allow the gel pack to fit firmly in place.

It is just as described!
It it very easy to use. Slip foot right in and use velcro strap to keep it on and fitted. Does a good job of easily getting the ankle entirely accessing the cold. Relieves pain.
