This this is a lot stronger than I expected. Very solid and durable. The ability to adjust it so many ways is great.

This works exactly as stated and works pretty good with the inspire FTX. Easy to connect and long enough.

You could probably attach your entire home gym to this thing, lol. It’s long, lots of opportunities to attach stuff, it’s fairly heavy. Very solidly built, I trust it. I generally use it with my resistance bands for lat pull-downs. Some various other exercises. It will do the job. I do have a lot of experience in the gym, and gym equipment. I think it’s a great item.

If you have the proper handles for it this is an excellent piece of equipment. I use D handles and the Grip 90s. It’s an excellent tool to get rid of several other grips (medium, and close grip handles).

Honestly, I was expecting this to be a much lower build quality, but it's machined well and feels like something a known brand would charge $100 for. Also it comes with the carabiners, which is a nice bonus.

It bent and turned into a rainbow when I used to to do t bar rows with 4 plates. I don’t know how ‘solid steel’ can bend effortlessly when under the stress of about 200 lbs give or take. So this is meant for light duty use. Or for people who are actually strong. Value isn’t there for the price. Returning it after 1 simple basic workout. I got the multi hole lat attachment that is roughly about 3 feet long. I attached a barbell sleeve attachment with a carabiner to the middle hole. Simple set up but folded under the weight. I then took it off and simply pressed my weight of my leg into the parts that bent - and it bent back to a semi bent state with literally any effort. I bet I can bend it with my bare hands if I wanted too. This thing is dangerous and a waste of time, money, and effort for people with intent to seriously lift. If you’re a beginner or a female or a teenager or average small man this right up your alley.

Used this for the purpose of combining the weight stacks for the Costco Inspire FTX to double the weight. This worked perfectly.
