I've been using this off and on for several years. A multivitamin is basically an insurance policy for your body, it is is meant to complement a nutrient-rich diet as well as all the other lifestyle choices you make, hopefully good ones (adequate sleep, abstinence from alcohol, exercise, etc). All that to say I don't feel the need to spend more than $10-11 a month for what is essentially just crossing my T's and dotting my I's. There are better, more comprehensive options out there- Animal Pak being the first one to come to mind, but you will end up spending a lot more money. If you purchase several supplements a month like me, you are better off, in my opinion, investing that money into a product where the results are directly observable (a good fat burner or pre-workout). These capsules go down very smooth. I take two in the morning and two at lunch. The ingredient list is impressive and blows away anything else in this price range.

I've taken Animal Pak on and off for years. This seems like a cross between the Pak and a conventional multi vitamin. Take it with food, I usually take the 4 with breakfast of a protein shake after my early morning workout. After one week noticed the solid energy compared to other multi vitamins I have taken. If your pee stinks and its a florescent yellow thats a good thing. Drink plenty of water. Also take this with BCAA Pro. Having solid workouts. Universal is the way to go.

these multi vitamins are just awesome. they make you feel great they have everything you need as a bodybuilder and the price is right . the only downside is that you have to take for a day , however, if you are like me and take a lot of bodybuilding supplements this allows you to adjust your dosage for each day . most of these supplements that I take contain a lot of vitamins ,so I don't need a full dose every day I only take 2 daily 1 week and 3daily the next . so these are absolutely perfect ,not to mention that when you first start taking them you know you're taking a good product from your first one or two doses .they just make you feel great ,good job Universal labs.

Great vitamin for athletes. I think this falls between your normal multi and something like animal pak (which is a bit more hardcore). In my experience, help with recovery and energy.

This mulit is a great choice if you're looking for something that is easy to spread out evenly throughout the day. The serving size is 4 tablets twice a day but i would recommend once a day by taking two capsules with the two largest meals you eat. The main reason I would recommend only one serving is that most people who decide on a multi vitamin of this type are usually seasoned trainees who follow a balanced diet already and aren't as deficient in vitamins as most, therefore I feel the one serving a day is optimal but spread out to enhance overall absorption.

I DID NOT LIKE THE SMELL OF IT OTHERWISE IT HAS A LOT OF VITAMINS!

Super producto antes usaba animal pak y era muy completo quiso intentar a ver que tal y me quede sorprendido, buen producto 100% se siente la calidad de los productos
