Great lights, easy to install!

I got the terra cotta style light, and I am so pleased with it! I was worried at first because it felt so heavy, as it is made from actual terra cotta, but the installation was fairly straight forward (though I definitely needed assistance) and the fixture was more than sufficient to support the lamp. I especially love the braided cord! It gives off a soft light, and was a great fit in my dining room.You'll need someone who knows a bit about wiring and that sort of thing for a safe and secure install, but the light itself is elegant and simple, and I'm very happy with it!

This light has 70s vibe, but up-to-date safety features. The light fixture hangs from the included canopy which attaches to a junction box in the ceiling. The cord between the light fixture and canopy is white, braided fabric; doubling holding the fixture and containing the electric wire.Ceiling junction boxes can hold a lot of weight; the actual weight of the lamp supported depends on whether the junction block is just held up by the ceiling drywall, attached to a joist, or attached to a brace which is attached to 2 joists. This fixture is heavy and should be attached to joists. Be aware that you may need to upgrade an existing junction box.All parts for a basic install (including wire nuts) are included. Happy with this light fixture.

I am so happy with this. I love the terracotta look, the earthy look - I needed a pretty simple lamp to go with a pretty flashy pendant lamp I have and this is just so complementary. Installed wonderfully easy and quickly.
