ML7-12 - 12 VOLT 7.2 AH SLA BATTERY - Mighty Max Battery brand product, black

I purchased 4 of these for my 2 APC UPS’s in August of 2024. I had to ship 2 back for exchange as they would not charge. Replacements arrived quickly from seller. However in the end after mix and match out of the 4 two were good and 2 seemed marginal, but I kept them because of return inconvenience. The 2 good ones are still giving me a run time of 150 minutes for my router, ISP equipment, and security cameras. Verified by recent extended power outage and UPS feature. They are great. The marginal ones now after 10 months have no reserve capacity, and never were very good, even though showing full charge. They actually fully failed a couple months ago but only now am I trying to have replacement covered by 1 year warranty. With previous batteries, before failing, the attached equipment had 15 minutes of run time when on and 45 minutes when in standby. I should have returned the marginal ones…..along with the others. I have since contacted the vendor using the supplied Amazon support link to replace the two batteries still within the 1 year warranty period. I was discouraged after not receiving a reply in a reasonable amount of time, but when I checked my junk, sure enough there was a reply that arrived within 2 days. I replied and showed proof of failure. The good news is that replacements have now arrived. Batteries can be difficult, but Mighty Max made things right.

Product as described and fitted into the ups no problem.hopefully it lasts a long time.

We use these professionally to rebuild data center battery packs for APC Uninterruptable Power Supllies. We've purchased over 100 in the last three years. They equal the OEM specs and are outlasting the APC factory units. On average we're getting about three years out of them before they need replacement, a year longer than the OEM batteries. That alone makes them a bargain. FWIW the gel cell version of this battery (as opposed to this model, which is SLA, sealed lead acid) is also offered by Mighty Max on Amazon. The gel cell's a little better if your application requires frequent deep discharge. For UPS battery packs, alarm systems, etc. this SLA version is fine. If they are shipped direct instead of by Amazon, you can expect fast delivery. The Mighty Max warehouse usually ships the same, or next day and they are packaged well.

Have good results with these batteries. The packaging wasn't very good. 8 batteries in box inside a box twice as large and no packing used.
