The heel pad is perfect for my left foot Skecher which helps to equalize my leg length discrepancy. Status post my right hip replacement surgery. Very comfortable stays in place. Made of quality material! I am very happy and pleased with this heel pad!

When I was in NYC recently, my feet took a beating. I was wearing my most comfortable shoes, but my heels were getting shredded. I popped into a shoe repair shop and asked for something for my ankles, but he said the issue was that my feet needed a little lift in the back - that most shoes rub because the foot needs more of a lift in the heel. These slipped into my sneakers and I had instant relief. I came home and bought several and take these now everywhere when I travel. For the price - they're worth giving a try!

I use both versions of the Pedag heel pads (black ones) and heel lifts (the beige ones) to correct a 1/4 inch leg length discrepancy.If you do so, note the black ones are a lot softer and might not give as much "lift." However, I find these much nicer for sandals and light dress shoes where the harder versions do not fit in the shoe well. The leather on these is soft, making them much better than the larger layered or rubber versions, so you can wear them barefoot, and the black color matches my dress shoes better.I'm a long time repeat customer of both kinds.

I do a lot of walking at work and use the inserts in all my closed toed shoes. I place them under the insoles of the shoes and they stay in place with no issues.

The sticky circle on the heel is not sticking. It is cushiony, though. But doesn’t stay in place.

I bought these to fill in the heels of my shoes and provide a tiny lift. These are well made and stay in place much better than the gel variety.

The ramp-like design and the smooth leather surface causes my heel to slide forward, pushing my toes into the toe box when walking. So while it relieves heel discomfort, it creates another form of discomfort. I would have preferred a flat contour to keep my heel in place.

Like that they come in various sizes. Comfortable. Worth the premium price.
