Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loved them

These colors a simple variation. With lights on, these should make some very cute pictures, but will require definite multiple layers for some of them. The glow with these is pretty strong, but, the color of the glow is so similar on a few of them that under a blacklight or just in the dark, it will be hard to view some images as some of these colors will merge with their glow. Having said that, if you use one or two colors on a project, the glow similarities should be no issue at all. The paint itself is a little thin, but it's no different than most glow in the dark paint, so really, it's not an issue. Overall, these are a decent option for small projects. I plan to use them to paint cups, and I think they will be just fine as I want to use them for outlines and it will look fantastic when it glows. Not a bad product, will be very fun to add some hidden glow in the dark details to some of my artwork.

Branded on the box with ‘3D’ , this paint set definitely comes in with a nice density and opacity directly from the tube. For crafts projects or extra dimensionality on canvas paintings, you can layer on in narrow spaces, thanks to the precise applicator tips.I set up a test canvas with a square for each color. With the viscous paint applied initially as a squiggly line and then smoothed wih a sponge brush (see picture 1) , this gave a moderate amount of coverage. If you want full color intensity, it will need to be a direct application.Next, I let it “charge” for several hours under bright fluorescent lights. Picture 2 shows the canvas in a darkened room, and Picture 3 under black light. Bottom left corner is attempted blending of two colors - in general this seem less effective than keeping them separate. In the lower right, direct ‘blob’ swatches with no brush work.Final thoughts: You can use the paint thick and heavy in a black light display area for maximum color and intensity, or go thinner / dispersed if you want more subtle effects. Best for separated color designs, as you will have reduced glow depth when blending colors.

They show all of these glowing there own color, but most of them are a greenish color. The bottles are small and won't last long. The paint smells a bit and you need to put down some decent layers for the glowing to be seen. Fun for kids maybe, but not really feeling it was worth it.

I've been painting some rocks for our walkway with these. It's so much fun. They do have a bit of an odor but most art supplies I have, have that. It's easy for kids or adults to use. They DO glow. They glow really well for me. I wanted something that could light up walkways a bit so we have less of a chance of falling at night...but something artistic and cute. This has been perfect.

These do not show really any true color. They are very light and barely show up

Got this to add glow to some craft projects and it does work as far as glowing but you need a thicker layer to hold that glow. A thin layer will react well to black light but not glow after charging. I like the rang in colors in this set and how easy it's to use.
