FastRider"Classic" Charley Pannier/Shopper Bag in Black/Brown

I really liked this product. I used it for occasional rides. I was disappointed however when it broke recently (the clips completely broke making it unusable) and I contacted the seller to see what the options were to fix it or replace it but I was told too much time had lapsed. I had expected this product to last a long time especially as I only have it for ossasional use.I’m disappointed at the quality and the customer service.
