Product is good, just dont use you own power, it breaksI used it for an year and lets say one day i found that it had developed curve and was not flatTried to use arm strength to get it straight and it broke :(

I got it mainly for my Ipad as I have to use it as a notebook. I needed it to be on an incline to prevent reflection from the window.The built quality of the stand is really good and the rubberised cushions will prevent any scratches.It's compact and can be carried anywhere in it's case.As you can see one of the hinge is free going and the other one has a slight hold which prevents abrupt folding if the stand is moved accidentally.The expansion mechanism also has some resistance for the same purpose. And it also helps to give back support to small devices like Ipad or kindle.My husband used it with his laptop and has no issues with typing on the incline.Would totally recommend this to anyone looking for a compact but sturdy stand for different types of devices.

The product arrived with the inner packaging torn & open. Clearly it had been taken out earlier - possibly a returned item.However the stand itself was not damaged or scratches so I decided to use it.Pro: lightweight, metal, easy to carry, 15 inch laptop holds fine, non-slip, sits stable. Usable at multiple anglesCon: being light weight feels sort of flimsy to handle; no locking for the grooves, so cannot carry the laptop& stand together. Probably not suitable for larger laptops.Wish the packaging was better presented.
