Make sure to test area to gauge the tolerance level of your skin. It has lot stronger than suction than I anticipated. Classic case of Chinese translated English instructions that are difficult to understand. But the cupping experience is better than anticipated.

I wasn't too familiar with cupping or this form of massage but my father is and after having a discussion I decided to request this and try it out. I'm glad I did. The product isn't true traditional cupping of course but it mimics the affects. I was hesitant about the process and how effective it would be and this device helped me dip my toe into it and to see if I would like it and potentially seek full treatment at a certified acupuncturist. Well I like the product and the believe it actually works. It's hard to describe in words but it feels like it's vacuuming the knots out of wherever you put it. Some might consider the sensation painful and I can see that but I found it sort of refreshing which may speak to some darker side of my psyche. The warming feature was really nice. It helped in a calming way. And the accessories are...interesting. Just get the cupping device. So try it out and see if you like it. I did and I recommend it. But it is helpful to have someone help you at first and I would try and find a video on youtube because the manual is terrible.
