Copper comes off easy and the lid some times becomes super tight and girlfriend struggles to take it off at times

A great looking tumbler when it arrives but it won't last!
A great looking tumbler with a beautiful rose gold aesthetic . However after a week the rose gold coating started to strip off even though I was careful and always hand washed in the sink. The plastic straw is also slightly flimsy and cracked in week two. Poorly made for the price.

Farbe blättert ab
Leider schon nach wenigen Wochen die Farbe abgeblättert! Ich habe den Becher immer mit Hand abgewaschen und auch nur mit einem weichen Lappen! Nie mit einer Spülbürste! Das darf nicht passieren bei dem Preis! Becher von anderen kaffeeketten halten da wesentlich länger! Sehr schade

En plus des articles de mode, j'aime beaucoup les access TB. Ce tumbler est trop stylé en plus d'être écologique. De plus il tient bien au chaud ou au froid. Je pense m'en acheter un deuxième d'une autre finition.

The straw was broken
It was shipped quickly & looks great however the straw was broken.The broken end was inside the cup so I’m sure some knew. Disappointing for luxury but pricey cup !

Forte odeur de métal dans le gobelet !
Le produit serait parfait s'il n'y avait pas une très mauvaise odeur provenant du métal intérieur, allant sur le goût de l'eau que je met dans le gobelet.Impossible de boire dans ces conditions.J'ai lavé de nombreuses fois le gobelet, usé de plusieurs solutions dont le citron pour faire partir la mauvaise odeur de métal, mais impossible de la faire partir.
