Great protein in budget segment
Nakpro is my first protein powder that I ordered & I'm taking it since last 3-4 months Pros - You get good & fast digesting protein under 1200 - 1300 (now 1500 approx) - solubility is good - trustified - good muscle recovery Cons - heavy on stomach which can cause bloating for some person (happened with my brother) - serving is big (45gm in order to get 24gm of protein) - protein ratio is less (53gm per 100gm) Baseline - If your someone who digest milk products without any issue & then you can consider this one, otherwise try small packs first.
