Tri-Art 20736 Liquid Glass Pouring Medium 500ml

LOVE Liquid glass! I use it to encase certain paintings to add not only protection but the high gloss gives it a great dimension, too. I also use it on my painted rocks on the paperweights I make and my garden rocks to protect the acrylic paint from washing away/fading. It's thick but very spreadable with a spatula. Doesn't crack orwarp, stellar product.

Worked as expected and was great to work alongside my other projects

This is the best thing! No mess and no clean up problems ! I use three or four coats and my carfts sparkle and shine! People think i use the messy two step resin but I use this instead!!

I needed a clear coating that would protect my art work. I had created some witch shoes and covered them in black glitter. I wanted something that would cover the glitter and keep it from flaking off. I watched a video of a woman covering a Gin Bottle with this stuff. It worked for her so I wanted to try. I used it on the witch shoes and it worked great. Then I did some art work on plastic pots. I did the first one not knowing how it would do. I used it way too thick and it streaked in places. I was much more careful on the second pot. Also if you use too much it will puddle up.

Liquid glass is my hero! I've used it as a varnish so to speak but I've also added drops into my acrylic paint and I feel that it gives an archival quality that will make this painting last a long time which I guess is similar to applying it to The top I use it on different Marine projects that I work on where I paint mermaid tails I do lighthouses ships etc and because I can mix it in the paint it really makes the colors stand out and be bold! There are so many uses for this product I've only tapped into a few of them but everyone I have done I have loved so far!
