The media could not be loaded.  We have used this rack twice now. Roundtrip for a 17 hr (one way) road trip and it was loaded to capacity. We had no problems with it the whole trip. Second time was for a shorter 4 hour drive and it held a ton of camping gear. We love this thing, it saves us so much space inside the car. It was easy to assemble and by the second use we had a system down to get it installed quickly. We recommend putting some kind of cushion between the rack and your gear to protect whatever you’re placing up there.

we purchased this product for a 2k mile roadtrip and it did not hold up. The rack is fine, even though I had to trim the U-Bolts down so they would not puncture the bag. Also, no matter how tight I got the U-Bolts the rack still slid and i had to keep adjusting it back to center. The bag quality seemed good at first, however after the first 600 miles (our first stop) it was already thin in a few places. By the end of the trip we encountered some weather, we might as well of just placed the luggage straight on the racks. Everything in the hard shell suitcases got damp, but everything that was just in a fabric case was totally soaked. I would not recommend this product if you want to actually use it for more than just around town or a very short trip!

I like that it’s sturdy. I purchased this and I loved the fact that it came with a waterproof cover bag to place items inside on the rack, a net and ratcheting straps.I did not like that I had to drill a few holes because they missed them at the factory to finish putting it together.The hardest part was mounting it as it doesn’t fit perfectly and smoothly (as described by Amazon as a good fit after entering my vehicle and model) . It is noisy when you drive down the road. Much higher air noise despite the front air dam to deflect air even when empty.

I ordered this but it didn't fit my car due to the bars won't line up to keep it tight (Branco sport). However they did have amazing customer service and would highly recommend buying this. It is a great basket.

Very sturdy,very easy to install, actually bigger then I then I thought it would be.

Our whole bag ripped apart inside. We had two suitcases in it, that’s all! I’d love a partial refund for a defective item. Have to buy a new one to continue on our trip
