I've read alot about Hattie's research but never understood what he menat by collective teacher efficacy. It produces high achievement, so teachers wanna know! This book isn't about theory. It tells teachers how to do it at our own schools. Easy to read and makes sense. My grade level did a book study and now the rest of the staff is reading it.
