Dynamint Muscle Cream, 237ml

Have been getting a lot of lower back pain and hip pain which also gives me sciatica. Bought this originally from Holland and Barratt but they now only stock the smaller 120ml bottle so will be ordering from Amazon in future. Have tried many muscle rubs including very expensive oils which work to an extent but Dynamint has been the only one that has relieved my hip pain, and not leave stains on clothes and sheets, as it’s a cream and is white so dries well into the skin. It’s also much cheaper than a lot of the oils I’ve tried. I honestly didn’t hold out much hope but it is quite strong so don’t rub too much in until you get used to it! It really heats up the skin as if you have a hot water bottle there! I’m using it in the morning and at night and after about two weeks the hip and sciatica pain have almost gone. The back problem isn’t going anywhere but that is a bone problem not a muscle or tendon one. Will definitely be using this long term, and it hasn’t got any nasty ingredients in it so happy with that too. Would recommend for any muscle or tendon pain or sprain.

Pretty good stuff, leaves a cooling feeling on the joints, gives a few hours of relief.

This cream is amazing. I look forward to the early evening when my husband rubs it on my upper back and shoulders. I first tried it a little while ago whilst at my friends house and I thought this ain't gonna work! Then I tried it again and told myself to give it some time. So I did and I have not looked back. Nearly finished bottle number one and number two is on standby. I used to use morphine patches on my back but never felt as good as I do now. It's worth trying, smells delicious (like peppermint) and has a slight icy cold feel. Perfect stuff!

Works up to a point but worth a try if you suffer from arthritis

This is definitely the best muscle relief lotion I have tried and continue to buy it. I suffer from musculoskeletal back pain with spasm. I think the main effective part is peppermint. I suspect other lotions based on capsicum act in a similar way. Apply a small amount and massage in. The massage is soothing. But that only lasts as long as the massaging lasts. However, after about a minute, the effect starts to kick in with a pleasant tingling and this seems to detract from the pain. Of course, it does not get rid of it completely, but I find it hugely efficacious. It is better in my experience than a TEMS machine. It also gives a rather pleasant peppermint smell. I will continue to use.

We got this on recommendation from a friend and have to say it’s really good for those aches and crakes and stiffness and as an addition to oral pain relief when your muscles are really playing up. Would say give it a go and have recommended to family who have also used it and do say it helps.
