They are identical to the more expensive ones. I use them for just about everything. Perfect for keeping pans clean while baking. Also great to wrap up food.The box is made well and easy for single sheet dispensing. No clue why others said they can't get them out of the box....maybe they couldn't color inside the lines in kindergarten. I have an eight inch or slightly larger across that I'd put the remainder of a hotdish in and used a sheet and I still had enough excess all around. They may be a little large for just a sandwich. I think I would feel like I'm wasting a sheet so I think I may stick to using them to cover larger bowls or larger items in general.I don't think I'd say they foil is heavy duty BUT it is heavier than say what you'd buy at a dollar store. Probably more similar to a regular type of foil name brands put out or store brands. I do like the textured quality of it not sure why but I just do for some reason. The size of the box is large btw so if you have limited space to store it it could be an issue.
