I developed a piercing bump on my nostril piercing after knocking it accidentally.I was adamant this wasn’t going to go away, but I seen some TikTok reviews of this and decided to try it.My nose was sore, red, inflamed and pussy.2.5 weeks later and it’s almost completely gone.It’s really hard to take a picture, but honestly best product EVER for piercing bumps.I cleaned it and used this about 3/4 times a day.100% recommend.

This has worked really well! My son has a nose piercing and it started forming a bump. We contacted the piercer with a photo and she sold us a super expensive bottle of what turned out to be saline solution, to treat it! After loads of research I came across this and within just a couple of weeks the bump is completely gone.

The gel is transparent (no color at all) and very soft. I recently started using it on the scars on my leg caused by mosquitos last summer. As of now, there is no allergic reaction on my body. So, at least I can say the item does not directly cause harm. However, as stated on the box of the gel, it will most probably take time to remove these scars. I have bought 4 tubes of this product. I have had Keloid scarring for 30 years so it is possibly not a fair review.The product has had little or no shrinkage on my scars but I have felt that it has helped with the itching that I suffer from. I was told by my doctor many times that their is nothing that can be done so I bought this product with scepticism, I am continuing to use it but as I say it hasn't reduced the scars.

This was recommended by my piercer so I bought it but didn’t hold high hopes…I had an awful bump on my nostril piercing that was very painful and looks god awful!Within we week it’s gone from just under pea sized to not even really noticeable!It’s amazing!

I pierced my daith at end of March. A few weeks later I noticed I had some red bumps either side of the hoop. On research I discovered it might be keloids. So I bought 2 types of Base Labs products. The Piercing bump removal oil and the gel. It did take about 2 months of applying 3 times a day and to be honest I was a bit disappointed thinking it wouldn't work. It had removed a bump on the upper part of the daith after 2 weeks applying, but the lower bump was still so big and red. I was even researching keloid removals, because I was sure it wouldn't work. And then all of a sudden I woke up and my bump had gone. Definitely recommend. Now which of the 2 products worked I'm not sure since I used both the gel and the oil. I did use the gel more than the oil though. Highly recommend this product. But one needs patience as it's not an overnight miracle thing.

It works with time! I would apply it a few times a day on my medusa piercing keloid and for a while it didn't seem like it was doing anything. But one day it basically vanished! It is stated that it can take a few months to see any results and that part holds true. Really glob it on, be patient, have faith that it's working, and see the results! I thought my keloid was going to be there FOREVER!! So happy I got this. I've tried some of the other top rated keloid removal products on here and they help but they don't hold a candle to this product! I will probably keep using it for a while where my keloid was just to help with scarring and keep it form sneaking up on me again because you get a lot!

I wish I took before and after pictures, but I have a piercing mid cartilage (not a new piercing) and a keloid formed and was getting taller and bigger than the piercing itself. I was worried I would have to get rid of the piercing but gave this product a shot. By using this, along with piercing aftercare cleaning spray, my keloid is completely gone after a couple weeks of consistent use. Definitely recommend this!!

I had major abdominal surgery earlier this year and then later minor chest surgery as well. As a result of those I now have four incisions across my abdomen and then 3 puncture scars in my chest. The incisions are no more than 1.5” max and the smallest looks like a small round…scar.They are healing well but I have extremely fair skin and my scars tend to go Keloid. One of my stomach scars already has so when I saw this I was really excited to give it a try in hopes that my scars would heal smooth and fade nicely.I have to say I love this gel. It’s natural ingredient list is packed with various skin-healing and rejuvenating ingredients.The gel is light, non-greasy, non-sticky and goes on smooth and absorbs quickly. It’s so pleasant to apply.It also has a subtle smell that is nice but not overly noticeable.I love that this came as a 3-pack because applying as directed 2-3 times a day for 2-3 months to see results, I could see one tube lasting one month and then having to buy more but not with this three pack.I noticed a slight change in my scars but I just started using this so time will tell the true outcome.Overall for the quality, the quantity and the packed natural ingredient list I would recommend this cream. I’ll update my post when I reach closer to the three month mark. 🤗🌷

Mi ha aiutato tantissimo per curare il cheloide che si era creato dopo la foratura. Bisogna avere pazienza però!!! Io sono stata circa 3 mesi ad applicare la crema, probabilmente anche perchè la foratura è stata effettata male, ma af oggi è tutto passato!!!
