I bought this in an (two sizes larger than normal) XXL to go over cool weather sweaters and/or layers. It came packaged in breathable fabric with few wrinkles and no discernable odor. The color is true to the photo - a beautiful walnut brown. Soft, lovely leather. Quality construction and tailoring. Sleeves are the perfect length for me. This is a form fitting cut that shows the waist and is flattering. I am so glad I ordered two sizes up! I could have ordered another size up and it would fit the bulkier cable knit sweaters as well. I've worn it several times now with the fit and movement being very satisfying. I had one similar to this back in the '70s and it was an absolute staple in my wardrobe then. This jacket will not go out of style! Stand the collar up and that gives it a whole new look with a hint of the ever popular moto leather jacket. So…I believe my correct size is a medium. Third time I changed to different color…brown in size medium. Great fit! Was definitely worth the effort to reorder. For reference I am 5’8” and 135 lb. Usually wear a size 6. Price comparable to faux leather. Nothing compares or wears as well as genuine leather. Style of the jacket is very flattering. I was looking for bright red leather jacket. This red on the picture is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, jacket that came had lining in that color. Leather is very dark red, almost burgundy. It is still beautiful for someone who likes this shade of red. Size is also larger then I expected. I had to return this jacket, but I will order different color, size smaller. As I said, style of the jacket is great, and it is high quality !
