I love these. I have owned about five now. And they will outlast your phone no matter how long you keep it. (Of course you’ll have to get a new one every time you get a new phone). I had one that had an issue with the button but the customer service was awesome and they replaced it right away.They protect your phone well and hold about three days of charge in my case. The best part though is the size. I have very large hands and even the iPhone Pro Max is difficult for me to hold on to. The extra bulk of this charger case is great for me. As for the weight, yes it is heavier than most but you get used to it quickly and I don’t even notice it. Get one and give it a week and you’ll love it.

This is a great product in terms of what it is. I love the size of the device and that it's a 10000mah battery case. The case is big and bulky which is great because i have big hands and i dont have to worry about dropping it. I wish the 15 ultra supported reverse charging, that would be cool. I wish that when i plug in the battery case to my car it supports Apple play. When i first get the case it works with my car and after a while the car doesn't pick it up. I wish the case also supported wired headphones. Not everyone has wireless or there's times when your headphone dies that you gotta switch to wired headphones and the case doesn't support that. The device is also a great conversation starter. People will see my case and ask me what is that and i tell them. I'm an avid zero lemon supporter i make sure to get the case for all my phones that i purchase because i know it adds protection and gives me the sustainablity i need. The battery life on it lasts me a whole day with it charging the phone. I wish it had more grip to it. When the weather isn't that great or if it gets wet it becomes more slippery so if it had more of a textured side that would be more helpful. The tpu case that protects the phone it's a bit to flimsy. I've had other cases from zerolemon and if i drop my phone that this breaks way to easily. A good solution would be to put at least 2 in the packaging or make a stronger case

100% Lemon.Battery pack does not charge when phone is inside. I got around this by removing the battery pack and charging separately for a while (1 month) and even tried different chargers and outlets to no avail. Contacted customer service by form. I will update here as to the results if any come from that.

I love the charger case I love how sturdy it is, but I kinda don’t like it because it doesn’t do wireless charging, for whatever reason

Will last fully charged and trickling power for 3 full days, between it's power and the phones battery initial test yielded 4 full days without plugging into a wall or car. Suits my usage scenarios. Down side is this is a heavy battery case. No star reduction because that is/was to be expected. My previous phone and battery case would last 3 days total in the beginning. This lasting a full day longer and was 60 bucks cheaper than the previous phones case is all plus to me. Minor gripe about the no data pass through but that is an IOS thing so it's really not the battery case peoples fault.

It’s a good case I have always gotten zero lemon when I get a new phone but for real why no belt holster it helps for holding the phone and I use it for such and it sucks they decided not to make one

The case also works with screen protectors.It can charge the iPhone 15 Pro Max from 0-100 more than twice, which translates to several days of continuous usage.The case is definitely large, but it’s done well and is very manageable.
