Pretty decent knife
I have a few knives and a couple of them are Benchmade. Obviously, this cannot be compared to a Benchmade. However, for the price of what it is, it's actually surprisingly very decent. The action is very smooth and takes very little effort for the blade to come out. It's fully encased in the handle when closed. The lever to close the blade also is not hard. I read another review stating it was very tough/hard to manage, but mine was very smooth. No different than other knives I have. I did not feel like I was going to break the tip of my nail or have problems with the tip of my thumb when closing it. Blade is sharp. You can definitely get it honed it and sharper if you have stones. The finish is from what I can tell, OK, but not great. The finish on the blade will 100% wear off with use and honing the blade. I think this is a decent just to have knife, but I would not expect it to survive if you are planning on using it as a camping/survival type knife.

Strong, Flipper Actuated, Rapid Deployment Tanto Style Blade.
This pocket knife with secure clip is over designed to provide durability and dependability. The blade itself measures 3 and 5/8 inches and is 3 mm thick on the top edge near the pivot. Overall length is 8 and 1/2 inches with blade deployed and the knife weighs 4.5 ounces. The pocket clip has a small, steel ball embedded to make it easy to slide onto a jean pocket. It is very sharp. The grip is textured synthetic material and fits well to my large hand. The flipper takes some effort to actuate, but, deploys FAST; you can see the blade as a blur while it snaps into a solid, locked position. The liner lock is made of a polished steel and holds the blade steady. The blade does not wobble when side force is applied. The mechanism, grip and liner lock and unlock function take 10 to 15 minutes of practice to get used to the force required. Once you have it down, you will find it easy to draw and actuate this blade. Additional practice can equip you to perform knife draw and blade deployment in the dark. The grip allows you to quickly orient the knife for flipped actuation. Releasing the locked blade requires strong fingernails. Closing the knife is easy.

Beautiful, Giftable Knife, but a Bit Hard to Open
This is a beautiful, high-quality pocket knife that would make a great gift! It comes in a classy box and a leather sheath. It's not a multi-feature knife, but it's really good at its one function. It is VERY sharp (I actually almost cut myself making the video). My only qualm is that it's a bit difficult to open and close (at least for a non-expert). To open, I find myself having to fiddle with it a bit to remember which way it's supposed to open. Closing it, requires both hands, as you have to move the little piece of metal holding the knife in place while folding it down. Maybe somebody who is better with knives would have less trouble with it. Overall, this looks and feels like a very high-quality item, so it would make a great gift!

Nice but
So far I am loving the construction of this knife. It feels good in the hand. Has a proper weight to a straight edge pocket knife. It does not feel loose in any of the connection points and maintains a sufficient lightweight feel overall. I have only 2 complaints. The first is, while the thumb part to assist in opening the blade works. I find that without a fairly large amount of pressure on the tabI have a very hard time opening it. This could just be my hands are weaker than they once were. The second complaint also could be down to my hands being a bit weaker. The thumb indent to unlock the blade for closing. I find it very hard to push in far enough to actually get the blade to close. Unfortunately it sits flush with the handle, so there is very little for the thumb to grip onto to help with this. For the pricepoint I still feel that this would be a good pocket knife and I would absolutely give it as a gift.

Its okay
This isn't a bad knife, but it has a couple flaws. I like the scales, the g10 has some nice milling and feels good in the hand. Its comfortable to use. It flips open very nicely, not easy to fail. Has a nice click sound when you close it. Lock up is pretty solid when opened. The blade is completely hidden when closed, its got a "CEO" style that a lot of people like. The clip is deep carry, so not much sticks out of the pocket when you have it clipped on. Uses T8s on the pivot and T6s on the scales and pocket clip. The worst thing about this knife, in my opinion is the liner lock access. I have to squeeze the corner of my thumb nail in there to get to the lock bar. Its the worst i've experienced. It looks like they tried to chamfer the lock bar, but they just kind of rounded it so its a slippery piece of steel with no space to get to it. If they'd have gotten that right, its a 4 star knife. When closed, its possible to touch the edge of the blade through the back of the knife. I'm not super concerned about it, because you do have to squeeze your finger meat in there, but its possible. The edge wasnt great from the factory, i ran it along my ceramic rod a few times and on the strop a few times and its pretty good now. That being said, the coating started to wear through a little bit after stropping (with compound) so i wouldnt expect the black blade coating to last long if you use this thing. They did some things really well with this knife. One or two tweeks and it could have been a good one at this price point.
