I run around on my feet all day and by the end of the day they get so sore. Doing a foot bath or massage is not an option as I am very time constrained. The only thing I could think of was better insoles.These are a game changer. It makes walking so much more comfortable. It's so spongy and at the end of the day I don't feel like my feet hurt like they used too.I will buy a couple more for my other shoes as I don't like taking them out of one pair to the next.

After buying spongey insoles for my boots (I walk dogs lots) and trainers (I run lots) I thought I'd spend a bit more on something that promised good support. The ones I normally get break up quite easily especially after washing so false economy when it comes to how much I'm spending and how long they last.When the ortho soles arrived, as expected they had a guide so I could cut them down to size if needed. I ordered 'up to UK size 7'. I'd previously bought some boots that came up larger in size so I tried putting the insoles straight into the boots and they fit, not needing to cut them down. They actually made these boots fit nicely and didn't take too much getting used to.The soles themselves seem thick and sturdy and the gel support seems to start behind the ball of the foot with more strength towards my arch and the heel with a rubber support in the middle of the heel. I've had a metatarsel breakage before which is still weak, these are really comfortable to wear and I don't feel that little pull in my foot after a run or walk so although I can't recommend for anyone with a fallen arch etc I do recommend trying as a good bit of cushioning and comfort.I cut them down to put in my trainers which are supportive anyway but did this just to try and they are again comfortable to wear and easy to walk and run in.All in all I'm happy with this pair and will order some more when I can so I don't have to swap and change when I use different footwear.

I've suffered with plantar fasciitis for a couple years and tried numerous insoles.These are comfortable and seem to give good support, it's early days but so far pretty good.

I bought these for Plantar Fasciitis that has Ben plaguing me for 11 months. I've tried a few other insoles with varying degrees of comfort and success.After carefully cutting them to size, I tried them out and they immediately felt better than any others that I have tried before. They seem solid enough to support my arch yet surprisingly cushioned enough around the heel. I wore them for 3 to 4 hours on day one as instructed and plan to build up gradually. I finally have real hope that my foot pain will eventually go with the help of these insoles.

However, my foot can still be painful when walking, guess there is no miracle cure?

About 12 months ago I started getting symptoms of plantar fasciitis, I walk a lot at weekend out in the countryside which seems to have brought this on. About a year ago I went to an indoor inflatable park with my children and hat a bad pain in my heel. Initially I thought I'd landed heavy on it but over time (and trying lots of different things) I've figured out it was PF. I've tried rock tape, stretching, massages creams, night compression socks gel heel pads, memory foam trainers you name it. Whilst this did alleviate the problem a little it didn't take that electro shock feeling I got in my foot or painful heel with every step. I brought these after careful research and they've been a godsend since day 1. The issue appears to be in my arch causing my heel pain when my arch isn't properly supported. THIS supports that and has immediately fixed the problem. Now I have the right support I have a spring in my step and am looking forward to my hikes and a trip to Mt Snowdon later this year. You really take it for granted when you can't walk pain free. Not for me ! make sure you google the right size to cut them to shape and only wear for a few hours for the first couple of days. I'm so happy to be pain free. Thank you so much to the people who developed these. I'm going to order some for all my other pairs of shoes.

Why haven’t I come across these before. These are the best insoles I’ve brought. I’ve had planter fasciitis for nearly 3 years and I’ve never found anything that helps the pain. These however are amazing! I felt instant relief and comfort. I can now walk pain free.I’m buying more.Definitely recommend.

These insoles get 3 stars. They are ok; certainly not any immediate relief, and they are quite bulky but they do off arch support.Review dropped from 3 stars to 1 star for the ebook spouting absolute nonsense "nutritional" advice. Drinking or soaking feet in cider vinegar will not dissolve "calcium deposits" on your heels. Turmeric ain't an equivalent alternative to over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medicine.

Hace meses tuve una rotura de talón. Derivó en fascitis plantar y espolón. La traumatóloga me recomendó este tipo de plantillas de la ortopedia, pero por personas que las habían probado estaba muy dudosa... curioseé por aquí buscando plantillas que fueran realmente eficaces sin ser incómodas. Me decidí por estas por las buenas reseñas.Yo era muy escéptica, pero para mí han sido realmente ¡MILAGROSAS!. Tras meses cojeando por el dolor al caminar, no me lo podía creer.Las recomiendo a cualquier persona que esté dudando y (como yo al principio) algo perdida a la hora de elegir la mejor.Se la he recomendado a familiares y amigos porque de verdad que son maravillosas.¡Hasta en las botas de agua me las pongo!.Merecen la pena, y de hecho compraré más para todo mi calzado.Escribo ésto para ayudar a quien pueda leerlo porque he podido experimentar sus beneficios.Parece mentira que algo aparentemente tan simple, ayude de forma tan eficaz.Maravillosas.

E' un prodotto utilissimo per chi coma me soffre di infiammazione del tendine di Achille.Non ne posso più fare a meno.Tagliate con parsimonia perchè rischiano di diventare corte con il tempo.

Encantado con las plantillas, pensaba que no eran cómodas, pero me equivoqué, son muy cómodas,te quitan el dolor de gemelos, los pies descansan y se nota confort y bienestar. Tuve que cortar a la medida de mi número de pie (45), y ponerlas en las botas del trabajo. Me resultó curioso, que al cambiarme de zapato para salir a casa, noté el cambio que había tenido y los pies me pedían que pusiera otra en los otros zapatos. Muy recomendable y mi familia probará , porque son fantásticas.

Usato per una fascite plantare, fatte vedere al mio ortopedico prima di utilizzarle ed a parere suo erano ben fatte. Usate da poco più di un mese e fin dai primi giorni ho provato giovamento ad indossarle. Le metto anche nelle ciabatte e più si mettono prima passa il fastidioso dolore della fascite. Lo consiglio. Sono da indossare entrambi anche se il male è solo su un piede. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Si possono tagliare nella misura desiderata. Consiglio di tagliarle di una misura in più rispetto alla scarpa, poi provare ad inserirle e se sono troppo grandi ridurle leggermente. Non tagliatele subito nella misura portata perché a seconda del tipo di scarpe varia la lunghezza ed una volta tagliate non si può più aggiungerle. Consigliate vivamente.a distanza di quasi due anni (oggi 19/03/2020) sto acquistando un altro paio delle stesse solette. Messe tutti i giorni, ancora vanno benissimo ma mi sono stufata di spostare le solette da un tipo di scarpa all'altra... come già detto, sono soldi ben spesi, una qualità eccellente, ne ho provate tante prima di trovare queste e veramente è un acquisto ben fatto. A distanza di due anni il male è scomparso al 90% (sono stat operata da spina calcanarea e fascite) e va ogni giorno meglio... danno il supporto che serve all'arcata plantare, non fanno sudare i piedi e sono confortevoli.Se ti è stata utile questa recensione metti un Like!
