Great lights — less than perfect tech.
I saw similar "firecracker" or "cluster" lights at a Christmas decor store and found these online as a cheaper alternative. First, they are GORGEOUS lights. I'm one of those crazy Christmas people who likes multiple sizes of lights on a tree, and these make an amazing base layer. They're great on a great quality cord and are super bright. However, I order two 50 ft strands (1000 lights on each) and the two remotes I got are not the same. I don't particularly care to make mine twinkle but if I did, it would have been a pain in the butt to get both strands to do the same thing since the remote settings aren't the same. Also, something everyone should be aware of: THESE STANDS DON'T CONNECT TO EACH OTHER. "Normal" strands have a male and female connectors at the ends so you can plug multiple strands in together to create one continuous strand and these do NOT do that. I ended up just plugging both strands into a power strong, but it definitely through a kink in my lighting plans — be prepared to not have everything connected. We buy a real tree each year ... this year's tree is approximately 10' tall and I wish I had had one more strand (3 strands total).

Very Nice Lights but with some nuances
First off these are very simple to use lights on a Christmas tree. Using them, with their clusters of lights really dramatically cut time off of my usual tree lighting task. They automatically disperse light in multiple directions saving time and effort on the normal wrapping in and out branch by branch. They do have some downsides. It is impossible to synchronize multiple sets to utilize the shimmer effects etc. I tried for days and finally settled for the dimming function to match between sets. I will try again next year but not hopeful. The different effects are beautiful if you can figure out the sync issue. They do not offer suggestions on amounts of lights needed for different size trees. I will offer my decision for consideration. I like a lot of lights so for me, I used 6 strands of 1000 lights for an 8’ tree. Again, I admit to going towards the heavy side on lights. When deciding do not expect to use the old school formula of 100 lights per foot of tree. It is not applicable with these lights.I still love these lights regardless of the sync issues!

Indoor Christmas Tree Lights
I purchased this set because of the length. I string my tree in a horizontal serpentine pattern, so one lone strand is easier to put on and take off. It’s a soft white, which matches the color of the tree candles, so the feel of the tree is softer overall.

Best Christmas light!
The media could not be loaded. The best Christmas light purchase with the best quality!

Gorgeous dense lights!
After years of trying to decorate the Christmas tree only to discover half the incandescent bulbs from the prior year had burnt out, I finally made the switch to LED. I decided to go for a vintagey Rockefeller feel, with tons of lights covering each branch. My tree is 7.5 feet. Knowing nothing about how much string is required to light a whole tree, I ordered a single 50ft 1,000 light strand. I confidently thought to myself, this will be great! I will have so much string, I’ll probably have to tuck in and conceal the excess at the end!Alas, I made it about 1/4 of the way up before running out of string - seen in the third pic. I ended up ordering 3 more of the same strand (so 4 strings totaling 200ft), which ended up being PERFECT. If you aren’t doing the “zigzag lights down every single branch” look like I did, you could probably get away with 2 strings.Overall, I love the look and I’m soooo happy with the remote so that I can brighten/dim the lights depending on the ambience I want. I plugged them into a wifi outlet so I can set a schedule on my phone. There was once when I had them on all day that they randomly turned off in the evening, but I’m betting that was a fluke with my outlet and not the lights. I’ll update this review if I have issues. Hopefully these lights outlive me.

Nice lights, but 1 set keeps turning off
Firstly, one of the 2 sets I purchased keeps randomly going dark and I have to unplug/plug them in again to get them to come back on. It’s inconvenient, and I’m worried it may stop working completely. These are nice looking lights for certain applications. We are using two 1000 light strings on a 7 foot indoor tree. The 1000 light strings cannot be linked together, so they must each use their own plug. This is a problem because a single string is not long enough to cover more than half of a typical 7 foot tree. It also presents an issue in getting the lights in sync for any mode except steady on. Mine are plugged into the same outlet and the remote works on both at the same time when pointed correctly, which is the easiest way to get them in sync. Some of the modes flash in a harsh, unpleasant way, so we only use the steady on or twinkle modes, which are both nice. The twinkle is almost like a chasing sequence, not really what I would consider a traditional twinkle. The highest brightness setting is pleasant and slightly dimmer than other sets we have, so I do not see us using the dimmer function.Overall, they look nice. I’m disappointed 1 set is having a problem, so I may return them and try to find a set that better suits my needs.

Tree lights
These lights were one of the best purchases I made in 2023. Instead of stringing 10 to 12 strands of lights I was able to use 2. Very easy to use. And the remote control was an added bonus. Many of my family and friends bought these after I raved about them. Thank you!
