Removing stuck bolts has gotten easier
Working on old pieces of equipment be it cars, motorcycles, bikes, or even just old A/C units, every so often you have a stuck bolt. You try to impact it off you try heat, you try concussion, and during these attempts you round off the bolthead. SO, what to do next, Well i ordered a bolt extraction kit from amazon, and i use it to get a purchase on the rounded bolthead (this one was on a rusted control arm i needed to replace) i had soaked it in PB blaster and then Bam! i impacted it off using the extractor. These seem to be a bit more aggressive than what i am used to, which is not a complaint by any means. I knocked it on the bolt end (using a hammer of course definitely not the end of my ratchet) and really got it on there. the only downside is i have to use a punch to knock the bolt out of the extractor when i was done, no big deal. Would recommend and i am happy with my purchase. (i have used about 3 different sizes so far and each one was bit into the bolt perfectly and has done exactly what i neede it to do)Would buy again if i ever lost this set.

Did not work
I wasn't impressed. I have used similar tools in the past, so I'm not a novice with these things. This stripped out along with the bolt head. Made things worse AND become worthless. Returned it for a refund.

Works amazingly
I was skeptical, as these are extremely inexpensive, but they did the job(s) flawlessly

Seems good
As with most tools, my major concern is... how long until I break it.I often find with tools of this nature, you have to push them well beyond the limits of normal tools, and they usually don't live up to the stress. That said, at first use these seem okay, I haven't had the opportunity to really try to break them, but they are similar to most any set you might find at a hardware store.I recommend having a set of bolt extractors, as well as screw extractors... and while this set seems fine it is unremarkable. Useful, no reason to pick this or another, so far.I will update if I break one.

Minor flaws
The set comes in the typical blow mold plastic case with the bright yellow slide lock. Inside it has raised letters for marking individual bit sizes. These markings are a bit hard to see with old eyes and low light but easy enough from the side as the letters are high enough to cast good shadows. The bits are heavy and have a hex head for utilizing a larger socket over the top. I like this idea since if you are trying to remove a stripped nut/bolt you obviously need more torque that some of the smaller drivers can provide. All bits are 3/8" drive, the first three bits have a 16mm hex, the next five are 19mm, then you have a 22mm , two 24mm, and the last two are 27mm. As seen in the photos I seem to receive a set with minor manufacturig flaws. One bit was left with a burr inside and another with a small area that did not receieve the finish. Will it effect use, I do not think so. The only hting I would add is a label to the case signifying its contents.

Good item to have
My first experience ever with this kind of design. It grips really well. I like all the clear marking of sizes on the heads. Especially like the little case, very organised. Just remember to lay the case down always and not standing it up, all bits will get loose inside the case if you open it standing up
