Wrong answer
Have given someone the wrong answer it is not an English plug it is two prong. - sry

Works ok but not great
Not the best item. Does not works very well with tv remotes. Have tried several but same result. Problem comes when the arm is sent back with tv remote. The motor keeps pushing the arm back even when the it has fully retracted.

So far so good, but not mounted the equipment as yet
Just unpacked the bracket to find a trim broken, but not attached. Please see attached photo and get supplier to forward another. So far so good, but not mounted the equipment as yet.

Excellent, does exactly what I want it to. Well build sturdy construction.If I were fussy I’d say the motor is a tad noisy and does not remember pre sets if power is switched off at the socket. A+++++++
