I took off a star because it moves around a lot and I constantly had to check it to make sure it was in the right orientation. I ended up getting a rubber o ring for the back to stabilize it and now it doesn't move at all. It's really a beautiful piece of jewelry and I love that I can put it in and forget it. I don't even feel it when I sleep or have a phone against my ear, which was the case before. 5 stars for being a pretty earring that doesn't inflame my sensitive skin, 4 stars because I had to buy something else to make this piece effective.
