Beautiful blinds!
I wasn’t too sure about these when I ordered them but once they arrived, I was thrilled to see the high quality and sense of ease with using them. They allow the perfect amount of light in while still providing privacy. Pics don’t do them enough justice. These are lovely!

Dent and broken
Package was not damaged but the product had a dent on the top metal and fabric of dark shade was frayed.

Sizing is way off
The media could not be loaded. This is my second time buying these; the first time I assumed it was a mistake. I ordered the 22” blinds for my window. I double checked the sizing chart to make sure I was measuring my window correctly. These blinds cover about 3/4 of my window if I do an inside mount, but I measured for an outside mount.

It does not close, the automatic closing is damaged
The media could not be loaded. 5 months ago I bought this curtain and the closure no longer works, it stayed open and does not go up, it stayed down completely.
