Would not refund damaged product
Do better Pura. This $40 Product arrived damaged. Packaging was soaked through. Even the outer cardboard box was wet. My mailbox was oily and sticky.Despite saying item eligible for return Pura refused to honor it. Pura said damaged products are not eligible.I contacted Amazon customer service and they were able to issue me a refund and told me to dispose of the product.
