Solid, high leverage, high hardness
This is my review of "S&R VDE Long Nose Pliers 220 mm – 1000 V Insulated Electrician’s Pliers with Flat Nose Zone & AWG 10–18 Stripping | Drop-Forged 60CrV, Induction-Hardened Cutting Edges" sold in this listing before, the photo is included. Very solid and functional high-leverage pliers. The ratio between the lengths of the jaw and handle is increased by moving the pivot towards the jaws. The ratio is about 1:3.5, while in regular long nose pliers it is 1:2 and in combi pliers it is 1:2.5. The tool feels right in hand, moves easily without wobble. It cuts 2mm soft steel wire like cheese and without leaving a mark on the cutting edge - looks like the indicated hardness of 60 HRC is about right. I like this tool, keeping it!

Es un alicate poco funcional para los cometidos que se pretenden Pesa mucho para lo que está diseñado Lo compre pensando iba a ser mas versátil Para trabajos esporádicos puede resultar... Estoy acostumbrado a la miel (knipex) asi que este no m resultó tan bueno 🤣🤣
