Q: How about the quality?

It's very thin material - I wanted a nylon turtleneck & that's what I got & exactly what I wanted as I'll be I'm be wearing it underneath a sweater so it's not bulky.

Q: How tall is the neck and can it be folded down?

The neck is short. You cannot fold down. In fact is us shorter than a mock turtleneck in my opinion, however I like it shirt.

Q: Is the slim fit tops see through? looks very thin.

I bought the chocolate color and it does not show through to my delicates.
