I reccomend you try this !
This cherry curd has become one of my store cupboard staples. It tastes heavenly with a delicious tartness. As well as a great toast topping I have used it in trifles and cakes ( as a victoria sandwich filling with vanilla buttercream it cannot be beaten.) I really recommend you try it but make sure you leave some for me !

I've tried many cherry jams etc in past but this is by far the tastiest I've ever had. I've converted others too. Totally lush especially on scones.
