Doktor Doom Spider Mite Knockout is a powerful spray that can be used indoors or out. It's safe to apply on food crops, such as tomatoes and other vegetables, up to one day before harvest. It features a 0.20% formula of the naturally-occurring insecticide pyrethrin which is a highly effective substance to control insect infestations on plants. Pyrethrin is approved for organic gardening (for restricted uses refer to OMRI for more information). Does NOT contain the synergist Piperoynl Butoxide (PBO) which can cause plant damage (phyto-toxicity) as it clogs stomatas. Stomatas are the pores that plants use to create photosynthesis. When clogged, your plants suffer reduced size and fruit production. Doktor Doom Spider Mite Knockout is ideal for: Aphids Spider mites Whiteflies Leafhoppers Japanese beetles Comes in a 16-ounce aerosol can which sprays in all directions - even upside down for hard-to-reach areas. Apply it to the bottom of the foliage and then use a Doktor Doom Fogger. Fog your growroom 3 to 4 times over a period of 12 days for complete spider mite eradication. Remember, spider mites lay their eggs when you try to kill them, so repeat applications are needed to win the war!

OK Product, But.....
First off let me say that you have to be super vigilant every day for spider mites. If you use this spray right after you initially spot the little pricks, it works fine. Once they get a hold on your girls, this stuff barely works. The trick is to constantly check your plants for any signs of mites. The little dots on the top of the leaves are a dead give away. Don't saturate the foliage with this stuff or you'll burn your leaves. Last time I had a mild infestation, the Doktor Doom held them off until harvest, but I'd spray every day. Just a dusting though, and get it under the leaves. Top spraying doesn't do much, and you'll be over run before you know it. Again, check your foliage EVERY DAY! Remember spider mites proliferate like lightning. They'll choke your girls off in no time, so keep a can on hand, even if you don't see any mites right now. You need to be ready when you do.

though I wouldn't recommend using it except as a last resort
Product definitely works on most all species. In combo with both Neem oil and Azamax I am now two-spotted free, as well as free of my fungus gnats. A fourth round including both spinosad and piperonyl butoxide cleared out the Broad/Hemp-Russet mites. Well worth the purchase price if your having a real problem, though I wouldn't recommend using it except as a last resort, and then no more that 5 weeks into flower so that you have a good 3-6 weeks to flush it through the plant.
