These 300mg Q10's seem just right for me, I previously was taking a different brand at 100mg and didn't notice any difference. After taking these 300mg Q10's and a Selunium ACE supplement I have seen improvement in my muscle injuries/condition.

Now uses a banned substance
I just bought my second lot and opened it to find they were very different.They now contain titanium dioxide and are red in colour. Titanium dioxide is banned in food and vitamins since February 2022 with the ban fully taking effect in August yet the amazon page still shows the old tablets ingredients and there was no warning of changes being made.Be careful if you order these as you may get the lot with titanium dioxide in.
