The 16-inch heavy-duty design is perfect for providing the stability I need, so now I don't need to put any legs for support. I've placed some heavy items on my countertop (including myself), and these brackets hold up exceptionally well, giving me confidence in their durability. The only drawback is that I wish the screws and bolts were a bit longer for a more secure fit, especially in thicker countertops. However, this is a minor issue considering the overall performance.
