Q: any chance is there a box or something to protect the pen when it arrives at my home?

It is shipped in a box. There are holders for them, also. I believe the holder is about $10. You will need one unless you plan to use it once then wash everything up. Try googling "how to use a glass pen" for further details.

Q: Would this pen be durable enough to take medium amounts of heat on the tip?

I dont know much about glass blowing. I would check what temperature it takes to mold glass, I think it 1200 Fahrenheit. The tips on glass pen are very precise I would not use on a very hot surface.

Q: I depp the pen wit chinice ink but dont write anithing what i do wrong?

Try holding try pen at a slight angle when you write. I had the same problem as well. Also ink will dry very fast and the more it dries in tue pen grooves the harder it will be to write.
