I was searching for a personalized box for my sister’s 20th wedding anniversary. The box was the perfect size, and I ordered cards for guests to write messages, and we will collect them for them to reflect on of their special friends and family. The box is perfect, the engraving is beautiful, and the shipping was more than timely! I was impressed that I received a message to ensure the engraving was exactly what I wanted before the order was placed, and the vendor circled back to ensure I received the box. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!!!!!!!!This "box" is not worth purchasing! I paid $42.17(LESS THAN 7x5 INCHES) for a tiny box that was advertised as a larger box! Deception with dimensions by using "cm" instead of USA measurements in "in" and I ended up paying nearly $50 bucks for a miniature box that I cannot use!!! AND SINCE I CANNOT RETURN BECAUSE I HAD IT SPECIALLY MADE, I AM TELLING EVERYONE DO NOT PURCHASE, IT IS ADVERTISED AS AN ECONOMICAL PRICE, BUT MANY OTHER CHARGES ACCRU AND THEN YOU ARE PAYING SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR A MINI BOX, THAT I CANNOT USE TO STORE MY LOVED ONES ITEMS INTO!!! NOT ONE ITEM FITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY! T

Beautiful keepsake box. Good quality engraving. The hinges on the lid allow the lid to over-open and seem to stress the hinges. My husband installed a lid chain which fixed that problem. The interior of the box smelled of the woods stain but 2 days with a bounce dryer sheet in it cured that. I also put in a adhesive backed felt liner which was a nice improvement.
