Great piece of equipment!
At first I thought this was faulty but found out I was trying to fit the piece that goes onto the pole upside down. Once I realised what I was doing wrong it all fitted perfectly and easily. I went out and washed my patio windows, back and front doors, all the downstairs windows and they are gleaming! I then tried an upstairs window, had easy access and the tilting head made it so easy, did a better job thanmy window cleaner who I sacked last month. Recommended for fast and easy window cleaning.

Did not get on with this at all!
Fiddly to put together inspite of video. Just lost the will to persist with it so unable to say if it does the job. Even more difficult to take apart to return. Not impressed at having to pay to return it either. Will stick to wash leather etc.It did arrive very promptly and well packaged.
